Welp, this funky little book series has RUINED me to the point I cackled out loud in public. God. like with my other tiny book fandoms I will be forever grateful for whatever tiny morsel you'd like give me. Also, You can include anyone from the tagset I just need these three beans injected into my veins

So here are some ideas you can play around with or abandon:

• Maybe some holiday fun with best boy Gundry
• Them! Dancing! (bonus points if it's a Masquerade, Gundry doesn't have to be in this kind of prompt/setting)
• Modern to Canon setting: before all of the romantic soft gestures they did have kind of an antagonistic relationship for a hot second (which I died for) so what if they were FWB to lovers. Everything is all fine and dandy until someone catches feels. WHO FALLS FIRST? And lol bonus points if Gundry is Death's wingman
• An actual Upstairs/Downstairs relationship! Scandalous!

• I know we sort of know the as Winnie puts it "shitty history" of the lost years between her dad disappearing to the events of the beginning of the first book, but it would amazing to see them pining in the lost years. (Especially "Ugh, Jay.")
• If you feel like exploring all things werewolf I'm on board.
• Anything between books 1 and 2, Canon Divergent, Or AUs! Always love AUs!!! A soulmate AU might be fun for them given their backgrounds too.
• How about Monster Research mission and/or Diana hunting mission? It can take place in their hometown or maybe they're sent to one of the different forests in the world. What if on this mission they have to take shelter somewhere until daylight? Where are they sheltering? In a cave under a waterfall, an abandoned cabin, etc... and what things could they be discussing or doing? >:3

• Matthias pining in general would be lovely, Nina too but lol we sorta know how down bad she is (and I love her for it). Honestly? Can't go wrong with some mutual pining. It will always make me swoon
