Okay, I'm going to introduce this fandom and characters because it is tiny.

The Fandom: If you're a fan of the Witchlands series by Susan Dennard then you might know about the misadventures of Hive Mind Winnie parts 1 and 2, the read along etc... For those who don't know this is now a completed trilogy!!! (And initially it wasn't going to be a book at all.) The Author, Susan Dennard, did this choose your own adventure twitter poll kind of event and it was meant to be just a fun little exercise, but Dennard ended up taking two of the characters of the event created a whole new series surrounding them and the world she created in the twitter event but while the world/universe is the same the plot of the book and the depth of the characters go above and beyond.

Needless to say, I'm in love with this series and as I am writing this the third book is out and it is everything I could have ever hoped for!

And now for the prompts!

Winnie Wednesday/Jay Friday

It would be so interesting to see an exploration into Winnie and/or Jay's character and especially their relationship with each other, with their world, especially after the reveal of the Pure Heart.

• I know we sort of know the as Winnie puts it "shitty history" of the lost years between her dad disappearing to the events of the beginning of the first book but it would be kinda neat to see them pining for each other (especially Ugh, Jay.) I'm sorry I was one of the luminerds/hivemind winnie peeps and Ugh, Jay is forever going to be a term of endearment for me and Winnie lmao.
• Or now that things have settled in Hemlock Falls, will Winnie and Jay ever have a real deep discussion about the lost years? Post canon would also be a nice place to explore with their dynamic too
• So what about Jay then? If you feel like exploring all things werewolf I'm on board.
• Want to tackle Jay's band and songwriting? I'm here for it.
• Anything between books 1 and 2, Canon Divergent, Or AUs! Always love AUs!!! A soulmate AU might be fun for them given their backgrounds too.
• I just imagine an alternative universe where Winnie just illustrates Jay's band's album art.

For something a little more action packed...

• How about Monster Research mission and/or Diana Hunting Mission? It can take place in their hometown or maybe they're sent to one of the different forests in the world. Basically, I'm more thinking this is a time skip after the chaos and peace found within the final installment. Maybe they go visit Darian and Andrew
• Speaking of which (witch) the big bad Diana who is still out there. That would be a cool thing to explore even if it was just them talking about a plan and tracking the
• Also, anything world building wise is super welcome! Feel free to get spooky with it!!!

For something a little saucier...

• What if they're on a mission and they have to take shelter somewhere until daylight? Where are they sheltering? In a cave under a waterfall, an abandoned cabin, etc... and what things could they be discussing? Or uh not discussing

Bryant Silvestri/Francesca Wednesday

• It would be so cool to see how they met and when they fell in love.
• Was Bryant already a Defector? (I think he must have been given his mother??? Maybe even she was one and she taught him magic to protect himself???) Regardless, I would love to see your interpretation!!!
• Did he tell Fran about him being a lēgāta right away??? Did she find out and he had to prove he was a Defector? Was there a "It's not what you think!" moment? omg the possibilities are endless especially when one of Winnie's core memories of her father is when he said:

  "Besides, he would say whenever Winnie would ask him about why he gave it all up, I didn’t move to Hemlock Falls for my degrees, Win-Ben. She always thought that was the most romantic thing she’d ever heard."

Darian Wednesday/Andrew Monday

Oh my god their story is so romantic okay? Like Andrew stood by Darian when Jeremiah Tuesday RUINED the small Wednesday family we know and love. They were outcasts and Andrew and Darian had only had two dates. The second of which being the night before Darian, Winnie, and their mom was hauled in for questioning and lost their Luminary status. Like... my god the rest of high school must have been absolutely shit for them and Andrew did not care and loved Darian anyway.

• To be honest I'd love seeing the lost years with these two, or the missing scenes in canon. Like we see Andrew's distress over Darian's highs and lows and vice versa but it would be cool to see a little window of what they were going through during all of the chaos.
• Also it would just be so sick to see them have a great adventure in Italy!!! These boys deserve the world, I'm so happy for them.

Leona Morgan/Mason Tuesday

Like with Winnie's parents... I NEED TO KNOW MORE. Omg I love Ms. Morgan with my whole heart and I have the biggest more desperate desire to know more about her and the Tuesday Lead Hunter Mason. How did they meet? I want to know everything. Please. I will take whatever crumb you are generous enough to give me for this pair

Oh my god, Oh my god such an underrated book series. I do not even know where to begin or who to begin with but I'll try. I LOVE these characters so god damn much it's just unreal.

• WHY WAS THAT MONK SMILING WHEN AEDUAN PICKED THE BLACK SET OF TRAVELING CLOTHES HMMMMMM??? I cackled with my friend about this recently and I was really hoping the reveal would be that Aeduan accidentally picked out the sexiest outfit he could have. Something like the Yor Forger's Assassination dress or a sexier version of the Diana revenge dress with a cloak added into the mix. The comedy of errors that would follow after that. Don't get me wrong I loved how everything played out but DAMN I would have loved to see the payoff of Aeduan having to explain himself. XD

Okay for more general prompts for them... why are they so damn romantic!!! My Heart!

• Another finding each other storyline. I'm weak for them finding each other and speaking to each other in their Nomatsi mother tongue, melts my heart every time.
• Tbh anything involving the "Come back to me" or "I will always find you" trope.
• Also... omg if they had a braid ceremony... where they just like spoke vows to each other I'd die. I love these two so much.
• A modern setting with magic still in the universe might also be fun!

Iseult/Leopold

Okay. LISTEN. I know. I am a problem, but I am also a multishipper at heart and while I do have a favorites... but I also love them, okay?! I wasn't expecting to, but their brief time in Bloodwitch AND THEN. THE AUDACITY OF WITCHSHADOW. Killed me. Wrecked me. I am destroyed. And unfortunately this fed my multishipping beast of a heart so here's where we are. Dear Candymaker I apologize for you dealing with my nonsense. I genuinely do, especially since I have no prompts for them but the possibilities are delicious.

Welp, this funky little book series has RUINED me to the point I cackled out loud in public. God. like with my other tiny book fandoms I will be forever grateful for whatever tiny morsel you'd like give me.

I love them, they had me almost screaming in public when I read chapter 21 in Belladonna AND THEN HOOOOOO BOY CHAPTER 29!!!!! And after that I well am a mess. I love these two holy crap they are something to behold. I just love their enemies-fast friends-lovers dynamic (lmao a little one sided on Signa's side but you get me.) I love Death and him being so endeared towards Signa—the way he is so gentle with her (and even when he's not lmaoooo.) I just really like them and the end of book 1 + 2 had me screaming. Still hands down some of the most romantic "come back to me" dynamics ever.

So here are some ideas you can play around with or abandon:

• Them dancing again!!!
• Mutual Pining
• Modern to Canon setting: before all of the romantic soft gestures they did have kind of an antagonistic relationship for a hot second (which I died for) so what if they were FWB to lovers. Everything is all fine and dandy until someone catches feels. WHO FALLS FIRST?
• A Film Noir AU where Death is a client or a police detective who acquires help from a plucky PI Signa Farrow
• An actual Upstairs/Downstairs relationship! Scandalous! XD

I love these two idiots so much you have no idea. Between Tsukki's pettiness/being a little shit (who I love with my whole heart and soul) and Kageyama's stubbornness. It's just a perfect match that can produce the softest moments or perfect hurt/comfort fodder.

These two have lived rent free in my brain since the show first aired in the early 2000s and I think it is CRIMINAL that Lance Alvers did not get the Harley Quinn treatment! Hoooooo boy. It's been 5000 years and I'm still not over them. I most likely never will be. If you're in need for a couple of prompts here are some below, but again please don't feel like you HAVE to use any of these. Whatever you create will be amazing.

Oh boy this game. I have no words that can even describe how much I LOVE this game. The storytelling was fantastic and I got really invested in  all major and minor characters' stories. I'm totally fine with including any other characters though as I mentioned in my DNWs, I'd prefer Alfyn not having a huge role in the story.

I’m kind of open to anything but if you do need a jumping off point check out the prompts below.

The Characters

Therion - I love him and would die for him he is my perfect little trash bandit. It kills me how he longs to belong somewhere but is equally afraid of it for very good reasons. Because of this he’s so heavily guarded and his reactions to people (the 8 and Cordelia) genuinely caring about his well being? I’m so happy I started with him, that I got to see his growth throughout the story and how his emotional wounds finally seem like they’re on their way to healing.

Cordelia - I love Cordelia and she is entirely underrated. She’s been through quite a lot and her faith in my best boy helped him come back into the world able to to trust and love people again. She’s very soft and caring and now that her stolen heirlooms have been restored to her she can come back into the world herself.

The Prompts:

Cordelia Ravus/Therion (Thordelia)

• Actor & Author relationship: AU, Canonverse or Canon divergent
• Someone teasing the hell out of Therion, but specifically about Cordelia (esp after his chapter 4 good god. *swoon*)
• Cordelia’s POV on her Noble Thief
• Anything post game like I wouldn’t mind seeing Cordelia rebuilding Bolderfall, visiting each layer of the city and helping it thrive

Oh boy, this is very near and dear to my heart aka I cannot get this brain worm out of my head.

I always loved their relationship and Calla always seemed like a motherly figure towards Kell. She never seemed afraid of him or sycophantic. She always just seemed genuinely sweet to him, enough to the point where I had an ongoing theory—before the 3rd book came out—that she was really Kell's mother, but she was forced to give him up because of political reasons and/or she didn't have the resources to protect him the way the King and Queen did.

• It would be really cool to see that kind of a scenario or honestly I'd love to see more of Calla being motherly to Kell growing up, teasing him about Lila, anything. I just think she loved him a whole lot which is what Kell always really wanted ; __ ;
• Any sort of thing where he asks Calla advice on anything at any moment in pre-canon, canon or post-canon. (Even if it was talking to her ghost! I would take it in a heartbeat!!!)
• A Calla lives AU or an AU where she is his mom? Omg I'd die. BUT I also just like the found family aspect. She saw the outcast "royal" and rather than recoil from him or treat him like a god... she just loved him. He was a little boy who needed some parental love. (Since clearly the queen and king did not really see him like that after all...)

Kell/Lila

I love them and their brand of chaos so very very much. Lol miss Lila Bard and her hard sharp edges only being soft for Kell? Our resident sad boy? Hell yes, thank you I will have several. Just a head's up I'm only about 40% done with FToP (I KNOW, I'M LATE BUT LIFE GOT IN THE WAY.) That being said you can do spoilers since I will be finished with the book way before Feb 14th.

• Anyway, yeah honestly Lila being soft for Kell could be the whole damn prompt but Kell being hard for Lila (interpret that any way you want >:3) would also be *chef's kiss~*
• Anything with a featuring a "Come back to me" premise
• Anything featuring a "Who Hurt You?!/Who Did This?!" hurt and comfort premise
• Lila gets Very Hurt and Kell's Magic is still messed up but even then he fights through the pain to heal her

For them I'd love to see:

• Anything revolving around hurt/comfort. I just would like any crumbs of food and if there's another prompt in my letter that could apply to them feel free to use it!
• Crack idea: Pokemon AU, I know I know but hear me out... Alfonse's partner pokemon is a Tauros (Kantonian or Paldean) named Askr and Veronica has a Noibat or a Zubat named Embla

I pine for these two too much. They pull at my little heart with every possibility and hope for the future.

• something sweet and soft for these two baddies. Maybe it's even as simple as seeing a patch of grass together so they can hope their world could be rebuilt without the loss of Veronica and Alfonse's world

Okay ngl I was AGONIZING over my last pick because so many ships and only so many slots, but I settled on my guys from the Six of Crows Nina Zenik and Matthias Helvar. So because I was hemming and hawing up until the very last minute I uh... don't have the best prompts but I can tell you the tropes I'd be in love with:

• Similarly to Lila/Kell in Shades of Magic. I am an absolutely SUCKER for them going through it. Like yes, I would like to have some "WHO DID THIS TO YOU?!" and/or "Come Back To Me..." tropes in my life. I would also love and prefer for Matthias to have lived... but if you do want to stick to canon a reincarnation fic would be welcomed!!!
• Matthias pining in general would be lovely, Nina too but lol we sorta know how down bad she is (and I love her for it). Honestly? Can't go wrong with some mutual pining. It will always make me swoon
• Epitome of idiots to lovers.
• I would be down with a modern AU. Like yeah you wanna do a mundane-ish AU where they talk about/bicker waffles? Sick!
